1. Who we are

straatnaambordjes.be is operated by Marijn De Kerpel, Koestraat 25, 9940 Evergem, Belgium. Company number (KBO) 0787.155.097, VAT BE 0787.155.097. Contact: info@straatnaambordjes.be.

2. Product and prices

We sell personalized replica street signs, printed on PVC (forex, 5 mm) in the size of the real sign (approx. 40 x 20 cm). All prices are in euros, all-in. We operate under the Belgian small business VAT exemption (art. 56bis): VAT not applicable. Shipping is shown separately and clearly before checkout.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is handled by Stripe (Bancontact or credit card). The agreement is concluded once your payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

Every sign is printed to order. Count on about a week between order and delivery (1 day processing, approx. 5 working days production and shipping) within Belgium and the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Right of withdrawal

Personalized products made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

6. Legal warranty and complaints

The statutory 2-year warranty for consumer goods applies. If something is wrong with your delivery, report it within 14 days of delivery via info@straatnaambordjes.be with a photo so we can look into it together.

7. Disputes

Belgian law applies. For disputes you can also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
