How fast is my sign delivered?
Your sign is made to order in Belgium. Count on 1 day of processing and about 5 working days of production and delivery, so roughly a week in total. We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.
Can any street name go on the sign?
Yes. Any street or square works, including long names like Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat: the text scales automatically, just like on real signs. The on-site preview is an illustration; before we make your sign, we look up your actual street on Street View and reproduce the original with its exact dimensions and layout.
Will my sign match the real sign in my street?
That is exactly what we do. For every order we look up your street on Google Street View and reproduce the original sign: same layout, same proportions, same city design. The preview on the site is an illustration; the sign you receive follows the original.
Is it a real street sign?
It is a replica in the size of the real sign (40 x 20 cm), printed on sturdy 5 mm PVC. Same look and proportions, but light enough to hang with tape or screws.
Can the sign hang outside?
The sign is made for indoor and short-term outdoor use. It is not meant to stay outside permanently.
How does the Brussels sign work?
Brussels is bilingual, so its sign is too: you enter the French and the Dutch name of your street and both go on the sign, French on top, Dutch below. If you fill in only one language, we print just that one.
Can I return my order?
Personalized products are legally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The statutory 2-year warranty does apply. Something wrong with your delivery? Email us a photo within 14 days at info@straatnaambordjes.be.
Why is an extra copy so cheap?
The real work is looking up and rebuilding your exact sign. Once that design exists, every extra copy of that same sign is only EUR 6.95. A different street or city is a new design and costs EUR 24.95 again.
How can I pay?
Securely online via Bancontact or credit card, handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Can we order with our whole house?
Absolutely, that is when it gets cheapest: order the same sign of your shared street and every extra copy is just EUR 6.95. Five copies of the same sign cost EUR 52.75 plus shipping - less than EUR 11 each.
